Privacy Policy

1. Information We Collect

When you use Glow Peptide, we collect:

• Account information: name, email address, age, and sex provided at registration (sex is used only to display the correct body illustration in the app's injection-site tracker, described below)
• Protocol data: peptide compounds, doses, and schedules you enter
• Tracking logs: dose logs, side effect reports, and compliance records
• Injection site data: if you choose to record it, the general body zone (e.g., abdomen, thigh, arm) where you administered a dose — used only to show you your own rotation history, never to recommend a location
• Body metrics: weight, measurements, and body composition data you choose to log
• Progress photos: before/after photos you upload (stored securely, accessible only to you)
• Referral & Creator Program data: if you participate, we store your referral link/code, which users you referred, and (for Creators) commission balances — see Section 6a
• Usage data: app features used and session duration (anonymized)

2. How We Use Your Information

• To provide and improve the Glow Peptide app experience
• To sync your data securely across your devices via Supabase
• To power SOMA AI responses using anonymized conversation context
• To send dose reminder notifications you configure
• We do not sell your personal data to third parties
• We do not use your health data for advertising

3. Data Storage & Security

Your data is stored securely on Supabase servers (US-based infrastructure). We use industry-standard encryption for data in transit (TLS 1.3) and at rest (AES-256). Access to your data requires authentication.

4. SOMA AI & Anthropic

SOMA AI is powered by Anthropic's Claude. When you use SOMA AI, anonymized conversation context is sent to Anthropic's API to generate responses. We do not store your conversation history on our servers beyond what is needed to provide continuity within a session. Anthropic's Privacy Policy applies to data processed through their API. Conversations automatically reset after 24 hours of inactivity.

5. Health & Medical Data

Health and protocol data you enter is treated with strict confidentiality. We do not share your health data with insurance companies, employers, or other third parties without your explicit consent. All protocol information is for personal tracking purposes only.

6. In-App Purchases

Subscription purchases are processed through Apple App Store. We receive confirmation of your subscription status through RevenueCat. We do not store your payment card information. For billing issues, contact Apple Support.

6a. Referral & Creator Program

If you opt into our referral program, we store your referral code, the anonymized fact that a given user subscribed through your link, and their subscription status — used only to calculate your rewards (free months or, for approved Creators, cash commission). We do not share the referred user's name, email, or health data with you.

If you are approved as a Creator and choose to receive cash commissions, you will connect a bank account through Stripe Connect. Stripe collects and verifies your banking and identity information directly — Glow Peptide never receives or stores your bank account number, routing number, or government ID. Stripe's own Privacy Policy governs that data. We store only your commission balance, payout history, and Stripe account status (connected or not) to administer payouts.

7. Notifications

If you enable dose reminders, we use local device notifications scheduled on your device. Notification content (peptide names and times) remains on your device and is not transmitted to our servers.

8. Data Retention

Your data is retained for as long as your account is active. You may request deletion of your account and all associated data by contacting us at hello@glowpeptide.app. We will process deletion requests within 30 days.

9. Children's Privacy

Glow Peptide is rated 17+ and is not intended for users under 18 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal information from minors. If you believe a minor has provided us with personal information, contact us immediately.

10. Your Rights (US Users)

• Right to access your personal data
• Right to correct inaccurate data
• Right to delete your account and data
• Right to opt out of non-essential data processing

11. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy periodically. We will notify you of significant changes through the app. Continued use of Glow Peptide after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
